Today, Scott is the owner of Scarpetta, a restaurant with two locations, in Manhattan’s meatpacking district and Miami Beach. He is also the author of three cookbooks, and a world renowned restauranteur within the food industry for his famed Italian cuisine. Also talking about his experiences living in Germany, he explains how working in Europe influenced his Italian style of cooking.
